Hendon RFC Secure Their Future!

Hendon RFC are pleased to announce that last Friday, 13th November, the following documents prepared by HB Public Law on behalf of the London Borough of Barnet were received:

  1. Agreement - between the London Borough of Barnet and Hendon RFC Ltd.
  2. Lease for 60 years - between the London Borough of Barnet and Hendon RFC Ltd
  3. Declaration - Landlord and Tenant 1954.
  4. License for Alterations, relating to Hendon Clubhouse and surrounds - between the London Borough of Barnet and Hendon RFC.

After the documents were read through and approved, these documents were duly signed on Friday 13th November on an outside Table at the Hendon Clubhouse by Tom Brownsell and David Gershlick as Directors of Hendon RFC Ltd.

We are pleased to secure the future of our clubhouse for the next 60 years and adding to the rich history created by previous generations.

We hope to once again open our doors to all when it is safe to do so!
