Director of Rugby, Phil Smith, is delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Carroll as the new Strength and Conditioning coach for the coming season.
"Being promoted to the London divisions will be a big challenge and we want to make sure we hit the ground running. Craig's experience will be invaluable both with improving the teams overall fitness and working with key players," commented Phil.
Craig added, "It's a great oppotunity to help both teams push forward by assisting the coaching staff. I have spent many years as a Strength and Condition coach, working predominantly in the injury rehabilitation field as well as performance."
With a return to Rugby still awaiting confirmation following the UK lockdown, player's have already begun their individual training and fitness, with the results already starting to show in many.
