Hendon RFC are delighted to announce the appointment of their new coaches:
Head Coach - Will Wheeler
Club Coach - Lorenzo Freckleton
Will and Lorenzo will be assisted by existing Club Coach, Jim Dickin, who will continue to provide his knowledge and expertise in Forward play and set piece. Both coaches are already hard at work planning preseason and beyond. With many of the players already attending the Touch Rugby sessions at Hendon Park, the players have already met and are working with Will and Lorenzo to begin enhancing their skills, whilst working on recruitment.

Message from Will:
I am hugely excited to be the new Head Coach of Hendon RFC. It's a huge club with great potential with the players we have to be pushing up the table this season. We have a great setup behind the scenes to make it a successful season. My background originally form Somerset played county, divisional, U19's England & British Colleges. We will make session fun but hardworking. I look forward to meeting you all at the start of Pre Season on the 12th July
Message from Lorenzo:
I very proud to join Hendon RFC. In the past, I have played rugby in the Army, Wales and Germany. I have recently been awarded my England Rugby Coaching Award, I am also a Personal Trainer for many years and also studied Perfomerance Enhancment. I have worked with players from grassroots to semi professional level in rugby and many other sports. I believe in hard work and determination and having fun are the things that lead any team to success.
Will and Lorenzo have the full support of the Hendon RFC committee and the commitee would like to wish both Will and Lorenzo the best for the coming season.
