Hendon Rugby are proud to invite you to participate in the longest running junior club 7s tournament in the RFU! We hope that you can join us to celebrate the next decade of the Hendon 7s.

Commencing in a Mini League, teams will progress to Cup, Plate, Bowl and Shield Final Competitions.
Depending on entry levels, we expect to run a Senior Competition for Cup and Plate and a Social/Merit Competition for Bowl and Shield.
On this Bank Holiday Saturday a Festival atmosphere will be maintained with Food, Refreshments and Music until late!
Free Parking will be available throughout!
PLEASE NOTE: AN EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEE OF £70.00 PER TEAM IS APPLICABLE TO ENTRIES COMPLETED BY 31st MARCH
Key Information
1. Men Sevens open to club sides and all Middlesex Merit Table Teams (2nds, 3rds, 4ths etc.)
2. Teams may increase squads from 12 to 15 players
3. Teams must play three recognised forwards at all times
4. It is intended that a teams full squad will participate in each match
5. Unlimited rolling replacemens
